Fanny Tenenhaus-Aziza

Dr. Fanny Tenenhaus-Aziza  is a chief project at the scientific department of the French Dairy Board CNIEL (Centre National Interprofessionnel de l’Economie Laitière). She has a mathematician and statistical background, with a pHd in Biostatistic. Her pHD subject was related to quantitative risk assessment and L. monocytogenes in cheeses.

She is now responsible for Quantitative Risk/Exposure Assessment projects related to several hazards in dairy products: microbiological hazards, chemical contaminants, allergens, etc. and is involved in projects that require experimental design and/or data analysis.
